Phoenix, AZ Auto Question accidentally Regulation (Phillips & Associates )…?
I was in a car accident in February 2007. Although the damage was significant in my car (I t-boned on my side, but the car can be repaired), who was not injured beyond repair. I think I had $ 4 – $ 5K damage. I went to therapy for a total of about 6 months. Phillips & Associates I kept my lawyer and just pay my bills to my insurance company for review. No fractures or broken bones, but had whiplash (correct spelling?) And back pain. My medical bills totaled just under $ 6,900.00. Is it possible to estimate approximate (definitely not a word I know) what you can do a deal? By the way, my company State Farm insurance and that I continue my own insurance company, as it was a hit and run (illegal Hispanic) and State Farm refused to pay for me to see a doctor. I said I had no choice but to contact a lawyer and told me to go. Any ideas? Thanks!
Why is it important that a person was Hispanic? Why was that information required? Anyway, I had the same scenario as you. Everyone has an accident whiplash and back pain. You probably are 2.3 great because I bet he has done much for the pain. If State Farm refused to pay for it, you probably are not / is not much pain that you claim.
